What are the differences between Wheelchair Seat Covers and Wheelchair Seat Pads?
Seat Covers have a Velcro strapping system to secure to your chair. Seat Pads do not attach to your chair.
Seat Covers are comprised of your choice of fabric type (cotton, fleece and flannel, for example) sewn to a pre-quilted cotton underfabric. The are not waterproof.
Seat Pads are comprised of flannel, terry cloth lining and a plastic insert. They are waterproof.
Both products can be machine washed and dried after removing the Velcro straps and plastic insert.
Can these products be returned?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We make every effort to provide our customers with complete and accurate information about our products. Our products are guaranteed against faulty construction and will be replaced or repaired at our discretion and our expense.
Some of our most popular items are in stock but the majority of items are custom-made when you place your order. We ask our customers to please be confident in their fabric and size choices before ordering. We will gladly answer all your questions before you place an order to help you make the right choices.
Wheelchair Seat Covers, Tote Bags and Strap Wraps may be returned at our discretion and may be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Returned items must not have been used in any way. Items with smoke odors and pet hair are considered damaged and will not be accepted for return.
Due to health regulations, Waterproof Seat Pads are not returnable.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The original cost of shipping the item to you is not refundable.
Are these products washable?
Wheelchair Seat Covers, Waterproof Seat Pads and Strap Wraps can be machine washed and dried with like fabrics. You must you remove the Velcro straps from the seat covers and plastic liner from the seat pads before laundering.
Are your products available for sale elsewhere?

Do you take custom orders?
We pride ourselves on offering a variety of patterns, fabrics and colors. However, we understand that sometimes you can’t find exactly what you’re looking for. We ask you to submit your idea or description. We are continually adding fabrics and removing those that are no longer available. We know we will only be successful if we give our customers what they want!

Some of your products are made with licensed fabric. Isn't that a license or copyright violation?
No. Licensed fabric legally refers to the agreement between the holder of the copyright and the manufacturer of the product. This is known as the First Sale Doctrine. The agreement, or license, does not apply to the party purchasing the fabric from a retailer. We purchase all of our fabric from well-known fabric suppliers at retail price.
Copyright applies to the pattern or image on the fabric. It does not apply to the fabric itself. We make every effort to inform the buyer when we are using licensed fabric and to convey that Cool Wheelchair Stuff is not affilated with the licensing entity.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We keep a small inventory of our most popular products in stock. All others are hand-crafted one at a time so we ask that you allow 2 to 4 weeks for your order. Many times, we can turn around your order sooner. Thank you for your patience.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to make a purchase?
